Authorities are investigating a case of card skimming at a Rutter’s convenience store in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania. According to York County Regional Police, skimming devices were discovered on ATMs at the location, designed to steal credit and debit card information from unsuspecting users.
These devices mimic legitimate ATM components and can capture card data and PINs when inserted or typed.
